HRDF Training – How to Claim

Your HRDF claimable training claims will only be reimbursed upon submission of the claim form by the employers – after completion of the training programme, when all the cost has been paid.
Use the online claim form – get the form from HRDF officers or the HRDF website.

  • Login to HRDF Website (eTRiS system).
  • Click on ‘Application’ icon
  • Go to menu, click on ‘Claim’.
  • Click on ‘Submit Claims with Grants’ or ‘Submit Other Claims’.
  • Fill in the online form – include supporting document
  • Click on ‘Submit’ button.

Include the relevant invoices/ receipts as well as certification from the trainer (TTT Certification).

Cheque or credit statement (E-disbursement) will be delivered to company/ employer when done – including statement for calculation/payment.

How to check claim status?

  • Login to HRDF Website (eTRiS system).
  • Click on ‘Application’ icon
  • Go to menu, click on ‘Claim’.
  • Choose ‘Search/Withdraw Claims’

How to get the claims report?

  • Login to HRDF Website (eTRiS system).
  • Click on ‘Application’ icon
  • Go to menu, click on ‘Claim’.
  • Choose ‘Daily Claim Listing For Employers

How to update the incomplete document or information that has been queried for claims?

  • Login to HRDF Website (eTRiS system).
  • Click on the Inbox icon.
  • Click on ‘Record Room’ and ‘File number’
  • Choose ‘Query details’
  • Please complete the form.
  • Click on ‘Action’ and ‘Return’ to submit the form.
  • Put in the date and click on ‘Generate report’
