If you are looking to increase your knowledge as a web designer, there are many online resources nowadays and you will be able to easily get free information online.
Here are a few youtube channels I would personally recommend to my students to take a look at to increase their knowledge on web design.
1. Creating a Website: WPBeginner
To start of you will need to learn how to create a website, here is a channel which explains briefly how to create a website using WordPress which is the most popular CMS website.

You will find a better understanding of creating your own website after watching this video. However, this channel does not go into the skills of creating a website with proper SEO and security, so you will have to move in to other channels once you understand those information.
2. SEO as a blogger: Income School
If you are looking for tutorials that allows you to learn SEO techniques such as how many pages you need, what topics to write on, and other ways to increase your Search Engine Ranking. This channel discuss all topics for ecommerce business owners especially dropshipping.

It is just as important if not more important to build your SEO and SEM compared to building your website. However, this is a topic that is constantly changing, so you will need to be kept up in the latest news on creating and maintaining your website SEO.
